(LIPS) On August 10-11, 2017, OLAA and the Center for Public Service (CPS) in the Hatfield School of Government at Portland State University held a first-of-its-kind reception and conference that offered a specially-designed training program for Latinx elected leaders to enhance cultural responsiveness geared toward the successful engagement of the Latinx community.
